‘America First’-er’s who claim to be ‘Christians’ prove their profound ignorance of their own ‘holy scripture,’ a thoroughly Jewish text, as will be amply demonstrated below,
“For I am not ashamed of the good news of the Messiah, for it is the power of G-d to salvation for everyone who believes, for the Jew first and also for the Greek.”
-Romans 1:16
“… tribulation and anguish, on every soul of man who does evil, of the Jew first and also of the Greek; but glory, honor, and peace to everyone who works what is good, to the Jew first and also to the Greek. For there is no partiality with G-d.”
-Romans 2:9-10
“You worship what you do not know; we know what we worship, for salvation is of the Jews.“
-Yeshua, John 4:22
“Then Yeshua spoke to the multitudes and to his disciples, saying: “The scribes and the Pharisees sit in Moses’ seat. Therefore whatever they tell you to observe, that observe and do…”
-Matthew 23:1-3a
Yeshua taught to follow whatever the Pharisaic leadership taught, exactly how Rabbinic Judaism functioned then (based on the Torah) and until this day…
“And behold, a woman of Canaan came from that region and cried out to him, saying, “Have mercy on me, O Lord, Son of David! My daughter is severely demon-possessed.”
But he answered her not a word.
And his disciples came and urged him, saying, “Send her away, for she cries out after us.”
But he answered and said, “I was not sent except to the lost sheep of the house of Israel.”
Then she came and knelt before him, saying, “Lord, help me!”
But he answered and said, “It is not good to take the children’s bread and throw it to the little dogs.”
And she said, “Yes, Lord, yet even the little dogs eat the crumbs which fall from their masters’ table.”
Then Yeshua answered and said to her, “O woman, great is your faith! Let it be to you as you desire.” And her daughter was healed from that very hour.”
-Yeshua, Matthew 15:22-28
“Do not give what is holy to dogs, and do not throw your pearls before swine, or they will trample them under foot and turn and maul you.”
-Yeshua, Matthew 7:6
“These twelve Yeshua sent out and commanded them, saying: “Do not go into the way of the Gentiles, and do not enter a city of the Samaritans. But go rather to the lost sheep of the house of Israel.””
-Yeshua, Matthew 10:5-6
“Then Pilate asked him [Yeshua], “Are you the King of the Jews?”
He answered and said to him, “[It is as] you say.””
-Mark 15:2
“Therefore, when they had come together, they asked him [Yeshua], saying, “Lord, will you at this time restore the kingdom to Israel?” And he said to them, “It is not for you to know times or seasons which the Father has put in His own authority.””
-Acts 1:6-7
“What advantage then has the Jew, or what is the profit of circumcision? Much in every way! Chiefly because to them were committed the oracles of G-d.”
-Paul, Romans 3:1-2
“For what if some did not believe? Will their unbelief make the faithfulness of G-d without effect? Certainly not! Indeed, let G-d be true but every man a liar. As it is written:
“That You may be justified in Your words,
-Romans 3:3-4
And may overcome when You are judged.””
“who are Israelites, to whom pertain the adoption, the glory, the covenants, the giving of the Law, the service of G-d, and the promises;”
-Romans 9:4
“I say then, has G-d cast away His people? Certainly not! For I also am an Israelite, of the seed of Abraham, of the tribe of Benjamin. G-d has not cast away His people whom He foreknew…”
-Romans 11:1-2a
“For I do not desire, brethren, that you should be ignorant of this mystery, lest you should be wise in your own opinion, that blindness in part has happened to Israel until the fullness of the Gentiles has come in. And so all Israel will be saved, as it is written:
“The Deliverer will come out of Zion,
And He will turn away ungodliness from Jacob;
For this is My covenant with them,
When I take away their sins.”… concerning the election they are beloved for the sake of the fathers. For the gifts and the calling of G-d are irrevocable. For as you were once disobedient to G-d, yet have now obtained mercy through their disobedience, even so these also have now been disobedient, that through the mercy shown you they also may obtain mercy. For G-d has committed them all to disobedience, that He might have mercy on all.”
-Romans 11:25-32
“Now I say that Yeshua the Messiah has become a servant to the circumcision for the truth of G-d, to confirm the promises made to the fathers, and that the Gentiles might glorify G-d for His mercy, as it is written:
“For this reason I will confess to You among the Gentiles,
And sing to Your name.”And again he says:
“Rejoice, O Gentiles, with His people!”“
-Romans 15:8-10
But now I am going to Jerusalem to minister to the saints. For it pleased those from Macedonia and Achaia to make a certain contribution for the poor among the saints who are in Jerusalem. It pleased them indeed, and they are their debtors. For if the Gentiles have been partakers of their [Jews’] spiritual things, their [Gentiles’] duty is also to minister to them [Jews’] in material things.
-Romans 15:25-27
“Then Barnabas departed for Tarsus to seek Saul [Paul]. And when he had found him, he brought him to Antioch. So it was that for a whole year they assembled with the congregation and taught a great many people. And the disciples were first called Christians in Antioch.
And in these days prophets came from Jerusalem to Antioch. Then one of them, named Agabus, stood up and showed by the Spirit that there was going to be a great famine throughout all the world, which also happened in the days of Claudius Caesar. Then the disciples, each according to his ability, determined to send relief to the brethren dwelling in Judea [Jews]. This they also did, and sent it to the elders by the hands of Barnabas and Saul.
-Acts 11:25-30
In exactly the very first place that we see disciples of Yeshua called, ‘Christians,’ they are sending money to Jews living in Judea, from where Jews recieve their name (I.e. ‘Judeans’).
“Now concerning the collection for the saints, as I have given orders to the congregations of Galatia, so you must do also: On the first day of the week let each one of you lay something aside, storing up as he may prosper, that there be no collections when I come. And when I come, whomever you approve by your letters I will send to bear your gift to Jerusalem. But if it is fitting that I go also, they will go with me.”
-Paul, 1 Corinthians 16:1-4
“Give no offense, either to the Jews or to the Greeks or to the congregation of G-d…”
-1 Corinthians 10:32
“We who are Jews by nature, and not sinners of the Gentiles,”
-Paul, Galatians 2:15
“Therefore remember that you, once Gentiles in the flesh—who are called Uncircumcision by what is called the Circumcision made in the flesh by hands— that at that time you were without the Messiah, being aliens from the commonwealth of Israel and strangers from the covenants of promise, having no hope and without G-d in the world.”
-Paul, Ephesians 2:11-12
“This I say, therefore, and testify in the Lord, that you should no longer walk as the rest of the Gentiles walk, in the futility of their mind, having their understanding darkened, being alienated from the life of G-d, because of the ignorance that is in them, because of the blindness of their heart; who, being past feeling, have given themselves over to lewdness, to work all uncleanness with greediness.”
-Ephesians 4:17-19
“though I also might have confidence in the flesh. If anyone else thinks he may have confidence in the flesh, I more so: circumcised the eighth day, of the stock of Israel, of the tribe of Benjamin, a Hebrew of the Hebrews; concerning the law, a Pharisee…”
Paul, Philippians 3:4-5
“But when Paul perceived that one part were Sadducees and the other Pharisees, he cried out in the council, “Men and brethren, I am a Pharisee, the son of a Pharisee; concerning the hope and resurrection of the dead I am being judged!””
-Acts 23:6b
Far from being a “former Pharisee,” Paul still called himself one of the Pharisees (whom Yeshua taught to follow) after all of his ‘missionary journeys.’
“Then he came to Derbe and Lystra. And behold, a certain disciple was there, named Timothy, the son of a certain Jewish woman who believed, but his father was Greek. He was well spoken of by the brethren who were at Lystra and Iconium. Paul wanted to have him go on with him. And he took him and circumcised him…”
-Acts 16:1-3a
“And you, being dead in your trespasses and the uncircumcision of your flesh, he has made alive together with him, having forgiven you all trespasses,”
-Paul, Colossians 2:13
“Therefore I exhort first of all that supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks be made for all men, for kings and all who are in authority, that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and reverence. For this is good and acceptable in the sight of G-d our Savior, who desires all men to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth.”
-Paul, 1 Timothy 2:1-4
“For to this end we both labor and suffer reproach, because we trust in the living G-d, who is the Savior of all men, especially of those who believe.”
-1 Timothy 4:10
“James, a bondservant of G-d and of the Lord Yeshua the Messiah,
To the twelve tribes which are scattered abroad:
Greetings.”
-James 1:1
“My brethren, do not hold the faith of our Lord Yeshua the Messiah, the Lord of glory, with partiality. For if there should come into your synagogue a man with gold rings, in fine apparel, and there should also come in a poor man in filthy clothes, and you pay attention to the one wearing the fine clothes and say to him, “You sit here in a good place,” and say to the poor man, “You stand there,” or, “Sit here at my footstool,” have you not shown partiality among yourselves, and become judges with evil thoughts?”
James 2:1-4
“Indeed I will make those of the synagogue of Satan, who say they are Jews and are not, but lie—indeed I will make them come and worship before your feet, and to know that I have loved you.”
-Yeshua, Revelation 3:9
A favorite verse which is twisted by antisemites, who themselves are twisted by their envious hatred; this is obviously not talking about real Jews and descendants of real Jews, but only about people who pretend they are Jews and “are lying.” The biggest example of this are those who claim to be “spiritual Israel,” or, “Jews at heart,” thereby completely rejecting G-d’s eternal covenant promises with the physical descendants of Israel forever.
Yeshua is only speaking about Christians in this verse:
“Not everyone who says to me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ shall enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father in heaven. Many will say to me in that day, ‘Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in your name, cast out demons in your name, and done many wonders in your name?’ And then I will declare to them, ‘I never knew you; depart from me, you who violate the Torah!’”
-Matthew 7:21-23
“So he [Yeshua] said to them, “Assuredly, I say to you, there is no one who has left house or parents or brothers or wife or children, for the sake of the kingdom of G-d, who shall not receive many times more in this present time, and in the age to come eternal life.”
-Luke 18:29-30
‘America First’-er’s claim that they should protect the interests of their own family (i.e. country) first, instead of caring for other countries, including Israel. The problem with this is that Yeshua himself taught us that we should even forsake our own family for the Kingdom of G-d. Clearly, the eternal covenant of G-d with His People Israel, His eternal Promises to them through His Word, and His Kingship over them forever is the true Kingdom of G-d. Therefore, His Kingdom (particularly Israel) must be placed even above our own family, including America. To be ‘America First,’ over-and-against Israel is idolatrous – to worship a ‘god’ other than the Biblical “G-d of Israel…”
G-d of Israel Forever
“Between Me and the children of Israel it [Sabbath] is a sign forever. For six days the L-rd made the heavens and the earth, and on the seventh day He rested and was restored.”
-Exodus 31:17
“And David blessed the L-rd before the eyes of the entire congregation, and David said: Blessed are You, O L-rd, G-d of Israel, our Father, forever and ever.”
-I Chronicles 29:10
“And they responded [in song] with praise and thanksgiving to the L-rd: “For it is good [to give thanks to the L-rd], for His lovingkindness endures forever over Israel. And all the [rest of] the people shouted a great shout in praise to the L-rd over the [laying of the] foundation of the house of the L-rd.”
-Ezra 3:11
“You have established Your people Israel as Your very own people forever; and You, O L-RD , have become their G-d.”
-II Samuel 7:24
“Did not, You, our G d, drive out the dwellers of this land before Your people Israel and give it to the seed of Abraham Your lover forever?”
-II Chronicles 20:7
“It is because of your G-d’s love for Israel and in order to establish them forever that He made you king over them to execute righteous justice.”
-II Chronicles 9:8
“Remember Your servants, Abraham, Isaac, and Israel, how You swore to them by Your Self and said to them: I will make your offspring as numerous as the stars of heaven, and I will give to your offspring this whole land of which I spoke, to possess forever.”
-Exodus 32:13
“See, a time is coming—declares G-D—when I will make a new covenant with the House of Israel and the House of Judah… Thus said G-D, Who established the sun for light by day, The laws of moon and stars for light by night, Who stirs up the sea into roaring waves, Whose name is G-D of Hosts: If these laws should ever be annulled by Me—declares G-D—Only then would the offspring of Israel cease To be a nation before Me for all time. Thus said G-D: If the heavens above could be measured, and the foundations of the earth below could be fathomed, only then would I reject all the offspring of Israel for all that they have done—declares G-D.”
-Jeremiah 31:31, 35-37
